The ‘Pearl of Great Price’
The way Christians tend to spin it, prior to His Death and Resurrection, Jesus’ 12 Disciples were the epitome of a pure interest in spirituality. The truth of the matter? Whereas those 12 men were the very best that Jesus could find, regardless, prior to His Death, their interest in spirituality was highly flawed, selfish, and not aligned with Jesus’ interests.
Do not get me wrong, those 12 men loved Jesus, but prior to His Death and Resurrection, their love for Him was dominated by their own selfishly dichotomous self interests.
Alright, either I also am a Christian spinning the evidence, or am telling it as it is; either way, it is the evidence, in Christian Scriptures, that evinces either ‘truth’ or ‘spin’.
