Still is not Inertia

Simply put, inertia is bad.

Uncertainty as to the direction which improves outcomes, and resulting refusal to move forward cannot be characterized as inertia.

There can be wisdom in standing still and refusal to move in any one direction until there is enough knowledge to take an “I will not have to second guess myself” decision.

The Christian recipe for avoidance of inertia is always to strive to add something good into character. Not money, not fame, not power, not popularity, not beauty, not sex, character.

Christianity is not magic. It is not “bury your head in the sand let Jesus do it all for you.” Christianity is about people taking charge of their lives but with spiritual help from God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
