Obviously marrying someone you do not want to have sex with makes no sense because “no sex” means no marriage.
That being said is the sex angle a totally different angle? Should the desire for sex be a totally different dimension of our desire to be with that person or should it be a function of our unilateral, one-dimensional decision or desire to be with that person?
Let me illustrate.
Is it:
I like Rachel and Rachel likes me, as such I want to be with Rachel and have sex with Rachel as part of the total package of a romantic relationship
OR
I like Rachel and think sex with Rachel will be great so I want to be with Rachel.
It is a thin line between the two things but the two things are not quite the same.
