By the action of legalization of purchases of ‘Made in the USA’ products by agencies of the Federal Government at a premium up to 20 percent over and above any comparable quality that is produced overseas, President Joe Biden of the USA agrees with erstwhile President Donald Trump on the need to ‘Make America Great Again’.

By the action of granting of $250 billion to Intel for facilitation of engagement with manufacturing of computing chips in the USA, with focus on the fostering of each of manufacturing initiatives and capacity, the Senate of the USA agrees with erstwhile President Donald Trump on the need to ‘Make America Great Again’.

In the realization that decisions on offshoring cannot solely be premised on cost savings, but rather also must incorporate parameters, such as non-erosion of each of domestic incomes or manufacturing capacity, there is arrival at demand for efforts that ‘Make America Great Again’. In stated respect, all studies on the subject agree, find each of the USA and the West (used as, ‘the rest of the West’) have suffered erosion of incomes of the Middle Class from toleration for wanton levels of offshoring of manufacuring efforts to developing countries (see for example, Goos, Manning, and Salomons 2014, references at bottom of this post).
