If our agendas hit center stage we are happy.
If we have to pursue our agenda in context of flow of another’s agenda we are happy. Think a newspaper editor having opportunity to write about whatever he or she is passionate about in context of overall agenda of a publisher. The editor takes as much opportunity as he or she can get without contradicting moral agenda of the publisher.
Perhaps more importantly, happiness still can be found in aspirations — day to day improvements to our person that we achieve — and love we share with others.
