Everyone to their own. A society cannot struggle with morals created by itself. Adultery and sexual immorality are stuff of legend — lack of restraint in these areas leads to lack of restraint in other areas, resulting in break downs to law and order within society.

In ancient history recorded outside of the Bible, the Medes and Persians agreed to a coup to unseat Belshazzar, Nebuchadnezzar’s grandson because he was given to debauchery and drunkenness. Wise guys. Led to two good kings — Cyrus and Darius.

A society made up of rational persons cannot come up with standards with which a large proportion of people within the society struggle.

Only God could have come up with ‘Do Not Commit Adultery’. It actually goes beyond that because God says, ‘Do Not Give Affection Due Your Spouse to Others’.

Without ‘Do Not Commit Adultery’ there does not exist any family structure in society. Marriage is meaningless. Society is totally fractured — every man for himself or herself, God just onlooking, awed by man’s commitment to self destruction.

If we do not wrap our lives around existence of a Creator, we wrap our lives around what, ourselves?

When a man realizes how puny he or she is in God’s universe, he or she realizes how preposterous it is to assume he or she can revolve the universe around himself or herself.

Even Einstein the ‘Atheist’ had to conclude there must at the very least be an impersonal mind — meaning an impersonal God — behind the universe.

Why?

The evidence for order, purposefulness, stable laws, and absence of chaos in the universe just is too strong for a rational scientist to ignore. Belief in creation then is rooted in evidence not presuppositions.

The difference in Christianity?

We believe the mind behind the universe is a personal God.

Those who disagree are free so to do. Everyone to their own.
