Enjoyed the literary or writing style. The tone of this article is so resigned, however, like things are not expected to change for the better for eons of time.

While I note the author’s reiteration of problems associated with education, the writing style in this article is outcome of some education, evidence of refinement in writing only achievable via education — regardless of combination of formal and self education.

My question is “has education not made any significant difference whatsoever in the State of Mississippi and if not why is this the case?”
